These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the komodoollc.site website and your purchase of the digital products and services offered on it, operated by Komodoo Media Negocios LLC (“Komodoo Media”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we offer

Komodoo Media sells digital products, including guides, e-books, templates, spreadsheets and online tools, and provides advisory services. All products are educational and informational in nature and are delivered electronically. We do not ship physical goods.

2. Not professional advice

Our products and content are provided for general educational purposes only. They do not constitute legal, tax, accounting, financial or other professional advice, and no client or advisory relationship is created by buying a product. Individual results vary and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome. Always consult a qualified professional about your specific situation before acting.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase from us. By buying, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide at checkout is accurate.

4. Prices, payment and billing

All prices are shown in US Dollars (USD) and are one-time payments unless a product is expressly described as a subscription. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we never receive or store your full card details. By completing a purchase you authorise that provider to charge your selected payment method for the amount shown at checkout, plus any tax that applies to your location.

Charges appear on your card or bank statement as KOMODOO MEDIA. If you do not recognise a charge, email us at komodoomedia@gmail.com before opening a dispute and we will identify it for you the same business day wherever possible.

5. Delivery

Our products are digital. Once your payment is confirmed, a download or access link is sent to the email address you used at checkout, normally within a few minutes. It is your responsibility to supply a valid address. If the link does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders, then contact us and we will resend it.

6. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our Refund Policy. You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase under the conditions described there.

7. Licence and acceptable use

When you buy a product we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, publish or use our materials to build a competing product, in whole or in part, without our written permission. Access credentials are for a single buyer.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site and inside our products, including text, design, graphics, templates and spreadsheets, is owned by Komodoo Media Negocios LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

9. Chargebacks

Because our refund policy is straightforward, we ask that you contact us before raising a chargeback. Filing a chargeback while a refund request is being handled, or after a refund has been issued, may result in access to purchased products being revoked.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Komodoo Media Negocios LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, our products or our content. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product the claim relates to.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought before the competent courts located in Florida.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
