Komodoo Media Negocios LLC (“Komodoo Media”, “we”, “us”) operates this website and sells digital products and advisory services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

• Information you give us: your name and email address when you buy a product, subscribe to our list or contact us, plus anything you choose to include in a message.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. They handle your card details directly. We receive only a confirmation, the amount, the last digits of the card and the billing country. We never see or store your full card number.
• Information collected automatically: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring source and similar usage data, gathered through cookies and comparable technologies.

2. How we use your information

We use your information to deliver the products you buy and send access links; to process payments and prevent fraud; to send transactional email such as receipts, delivery and support replies; to send marketing email where you have asked to receive it; to respond to support requests; to operate, secure and improve the website; to measure and improve our advertising; and to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations.

8. Data retention

We keep your information only as long as needed to deliver your products and support you, to meet our legal, tax and accounting obligations, and to resolve disputes. After that we delete or anonymise it.

9. Children’s privacy

Our site and products are intended for adults and are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

The site is served over HTTPS and we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we revise the “Last updated” date above and, where the change is significant, tell you directly.
